How to Redeem:

    1. Cardholders must first register as ST members.
    2. Convert your CTBC Points into ST Points via the ST App.
    3. Then you can redeem different services/products with ST points (such as Airport Lounge Service, Airport Concierge Service, Airport Food & Beverage Service, etc.)


Conversion Rate: 90 ST Points =1,000 CTBC Points


Terms and Conditions:

  1. No cancellation or change to other rewards will be accepted upon conversion confirmation.
  2. Once the CTBC Point is converted to the ST Account, they will be subjected to the terms and conditions of Smart Traveller and the conversion cannot be reversed.
  3. Due to force majeure, Smart Traveller reserves the right to modify, change or terminate this program and to make final interpretations and decisions on all matters relating to this program. All related matters will be handled in accordance with Article 19 of the Regulations for Credit Card Business Institutions and related regulations.
