1. Login to your Smart Traveller account when booking on www.myaerotel.com website or provide your Smart Traveller ID when booking via Aerotel Reservation/Front Desk or Call Centre.
2. Earn 2 ST points for every USD 1* (or foreign currency equivalent) spent on Aerotel room bookings.
3. To earn ST points, your Smart Traveller membership must be in “Active” status at the time of booking.

*For non-USD transactions, Aerotel/Smart Traveller will convert to USD using in-house rates.

1. Only qualifying room bookings / rates made through the Aerotel website (www.myaerotel.com), Contact Centre or directly with the hotel are eligible to earn points.
2. Aerotel in China & Saudi Arabia are excluded from this points earning programme.
3. Non-room spending, i.e. in-room dining/ food and beverage, equipment rental, lounge bookings, etc., are not eligible.
4. Corporate, redemptions, or complimentary bookings, or bookings made through online travel agencies, or any other forms of bookings not covered in paras 1 and 2 above are not eligible to earn points.
5. Only room bookings made by Smart Traveller member, who must also occupy one of the rooms (in the event more than one room was booked) are eligible to earn points.
6. Bookings that are subsequently cancelled or no-show are not eligible to earn points.
7. For eligible transactions, the applicable ST Points will be posted to your account within 6 weeks of the hotel check-out date.
